Auslan Course Fees
Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, users and others who access or use the Service.

Program Enrolments, Withdrawals, Refunds and Returns
Paying by Instalments – The Auslan Company understands paying for a course can be difficult. For this reason we offer payment in three instalments. This is taken automatically by WeTeachMe from your nominated bank account on the dates provided to you during enrolment.
You can also pay the full course fee if you wish.

Full courses – Once a course has reached our max participants we will only accept new enrolments on a case-by-case basis.
We aim for all Auslan courses to be a fun and exciting experience for you. This is best achieved in classes of 12-20 participants as it allows interaction between your peers in the class as well as your instructor. Because of this and also the need for a financially viable course, it’s important that late withdrawals are avoided if possible.
Late Withdrawals (more than 7 days [inc. weekends] prior to course commencement)
In the event you need to cancel your place in the course, you will be offered a full refund of the monies you have already paid provided you have notified us with more than 7 days (inc. weekends) prior to course commencement.
Late Withdrawals (less than 7 days [inc. weekends] prior to course commencement)
In the event you need to cancel your place in the course less than 7 days (inc. weekends) prior to course commencement, you will be offered a refund of 50% of the monies you have already paid.
Late Withdrawals (less than 3 days [inc. weekends] prior to course commencement)
In the event you need to cancel your place in the course less than 3 days (inc. weekends) prior to course commencement, no refund will be offered.
We understand that cancellations are sometimes unavoidable. We will review all cancellations on a case by case basis.
Merchandise Refunds and Returns
If for any reason you are unsatisfied with your item, please return it to the return address provided. We will notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
If your return is approved, we will offer a full refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.
You have 14 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.
For USB purchases, shipping costs are included in the price. In the event that you wish to return it, you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping. Shipping costs are nonrefundable.
The Auslan Company reserves to right to cancel a course at any time. When a course has been cancelled full refunds are offered to those that have enrolled.

The Auslan Company has no control over, and assumes no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third party web sites or services. You further acknowledge and agree that The Auslan Company shall not be responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, for any damage or loss caused or alleged to be caused by or in connection with use of or reliance on any such content, goods or services available on or through any such web sites or services.
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is needed we will try to provide at least 30 days’ notice prior to any new terms taking effect.
